01 Returns

JOYTAR, only for joy. If you’re not happy, we’re not happy. This is why we’ve made returns and exchanges quick and easy. We stand by our product and offer a 14-day money-back guarantee. You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• purchased from our website;

• unused and in the same condition that you received it;

• in the original packaging;

• with the receipt or proof of purchase;

There are some items, however, that are ineligible for return, including:

• Final sale items

• Any damage caused by individual factors, such as:

  1. Products have been used, damaged, stained, worn, or tainted including smell which would affect the ability to resell;
  2. Products without all original components;
  3. The serial number label has been tearing or altering.

We reserve the right to refuse any compromised items affected by the individual factors mentioned above.

If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer shall be responsible for the shipping cost, any duty and tax that occur when requesting return service. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer(tariffs, taxes, etc.). 

If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.

02 Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

When you make a qualifying return, we'll credit the full amount, less the original shipping and handling charges and 10% on the returns for restocking fee. Refunds are generally processed within 14 business daysafter we receive your item and find it eligible for a return. Refunds are applied to the original payment option. 

03 Instructions on how to return

You have up to 14 calendar days to start your return from the moment you receive the item. To start the return process, please follow the steps below:

  1. Email us for a return and refund request 
  2. Pack the item(s) in the original packaging and ship them back within 5 business days. Return and refund will not longer be accepted if you miss the return window
  3. Once your return package has arrived at our warehouse, please allow3-14 business days for us to process your refund
